please be informed that Bochemie a.s. has recently entered an agreement with EnerSys to buy the factory GAZ Geräte- und Akkumulatorenwerk Zwickau GmbH. GAZ has become part of Bochemie since 1 April 2019.
EnerSys will continue to sell and distribute this product range under a long-term distribution agreement. Customers should be unaffected by this change.
GAZ Geräte- und Akkumulatorenwerk GmbH has been specialised in the design, development, manufacturing and marketing of high quality Ni-Cd batteries for more than 110 years its history.
Bochemie is committed to invest and expand the operation in the coming months to support the business growth and increase the flexibility.
