Task:
- Adequate knowledge about electrical engineering
Education as electronics technician/electrician or comparable degree in electrical engineering eg Bachelor in Electrical Engineering - Relevant experience from batteries and/or power systems is desirable
- Good knowledge in written and spoken English
- Open to international travelling – visiting sites in the capacity of “battery expert” to for example supervise commissioning of batteries but also to address quality issues.
- Able to hold battery lectures/seminars
Your profile:
- Calculate battery systems from battery specifications incl load profiles
Calculation of operating parameters such as necessary ventilation (natural or forced), water consumption, Temperature influences - Design battery layouts (eg battery racks)
- Supervise customer acceptances inspections (planning and carrying out FAT’s)
- Process customer inquiries regarding commissioning, operation, exchange and complaints
- Be the link between customers and QA department. Participate in working groups to resolve internal quality issues
- Participate in internal product and production development projects
- Be the pre-sales support for various technical questions
- Be the after-sales support re technical issues/questions
